It's Wild Garlic Season!

Combined with it’s showstopping green colour it’s perfect for drizzling over salads, roasted vegetables, pasta dishes and soups.

Simple ingredients are all that is needed to create this incredible finishing oil!

Fresh Wild Garlic, Olive Oil, a blender, and a fine mesh sieve.  

You will need:

Simply add the ingredients together in a blender, and blend until it turns a bright green. 

Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and enjoy!

I recommend that you make small batches, to last you a few days.  There is a small risk of botulism occurring if stored for longer periods.
