The Best Pancake Pan?

I'm not a material person... but I  LOVE my Pancake pan! Let me tell you why!

I've had my de Buyer pancake pan for three years; it replaced my impossibly heavy cast iron cookware and, in my opinion, the best pancake pan on the market!

Here are four reasons why I love this pan so much!

Firstly, It has a naturally non-stick surface after the very first  seasoning!

And it feels great to have a pan that I know will not leach harmful chemicals into our food and air.

Secondly, the pan has a flat surface with low sides...

... which makes it easy to flip pancakes without them getting stuck or folding over.

Thirdly, The pan is  suitable for all heat  sources,

and the ergonomically designed handle makes it feel light and easy to use!

The exceptional quality of these pans inspires me to dream of passing them down through generations
